Prague is a dramatic looking city, with a dramatic history, and a deep love of the theatre. There many venues in the city offering traditonal, contemporary or 'Black Light' and puppet performances.
Jazz may be heard live in clubs, at hotels and sometimes in the street.
Classical music and opera may be heard all over Prague and the city has many splendid concert halls and theatres catering for all types of peformance. Indeed, even if you're not a music lover the buildings themselves are worth a look for their architecture!
In addition you will find that tickets for many of the performances here are considerably cheaper than they would be in your own country.
